Fee Schedule and Cancellation Policy
This Fee Schedule and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into the Agreement to Mediate to be signed prior to mediation.
Neutral/Mediator: $250 per hour, per party.
Billed in fifteen (15) minute increments. Billable time includes mediation session time, reasonable pre-session review of submissions, and post-session follow-up requested by the Parties or reasonably necessary to conclude the matter.
Travel: For in-person sessions requiring travel time, time is billed at $150 per hour.
Unless the Parties agree otherwise in writing, each Party is responsible for its own hourly charges at the rate stated above. All expenses, costs and travel time, if any, will be split equally among all parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Standard Terms: Net 30 days.
Counsel Responsibility: For represented parties, counsel of record is responsible for payment of that party’s charges (except where prohibited by law). Pro se parties are personally responsible for their charges.
Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit cards and checks. For convenience, payments may be remitted online here.
Late Accounts: Unpaid balances after 30 days accrue a service charge of 1.5% per month (or the maximum lawful rate). Accounts unpaid after 120 days are subject to collection fees and reasonable attorney fees.

Cancellation Policy
Notice Requirement: Written notice must be sent to info@gill-mediation.com at least 72 hours in advance (excluding weekends). All parties must be copied on the notice.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations requested within the 72-hour window incur a 4-hour cancellation fee at the neutral’s hourly per-party rate, charged to the party requesting or necessitating the cancellation.
Late Confirmations: Matters scheduled within the 72-hour window are considered confirmed immediately and subject to this policy.
